My focus is to help you discover the joys and benefits that you can experience despite having hypothyroidism

Hello there, I’m Kirstyn Ali

As a registered practical nurse in Ontario, Canada, my primary experience in internal medicine opened my eyes to the critical role of preventive healthcare. When I realized my hypothyroidism was drastically diminishing my quality of life, I knew a change was necessary. I struggled with dangerous weight levels, fatigue, and depression, which made even basic daily tasks overwhelming, and left me with no energy for activities I enjoyed or my relationships with loved ones.

After years of diving deep into learning about my personal health , a lot of trial and error, and extensive research, I developed a framework that helped me lose 100 lbs and reverse many of my hypothyroid symptoms- and actually maintain these results. Now, I run The Body Harmony Protocol while working as a full-time nurse. I have the energy to care for my patients and clients and maintain a fulfilling self-care routine, while also enjoying time with friends and family confidently and easily. Five years ago, I would have thought this was impossible, but now I'm here to show you how achievable your dream life is, even with hypothyroidism

As a health and wellness coach—or, more specifically, a health and wellness coach for hypothyroidism—my top priorities are to help you:

Get clear on your specific health goals and the tangible steps to achieve them.

Gain a deep understanding of your hypothyroid condition i.e. root causes, common symptoms, essential lab work, etc.

Implement sustainable eating habits that are nutrient dense and are proven to successfully promote thyroid function and weight-loss.

Execute an enjoyable yet effective workout plan that is tailored to your personal needs and goals as a woman with hypothyroidism

Practice essential mindfulness exercises to navigate through the emotional symptoms of hypothyroidism and the mental setbacks that are encountered during a weight-loss journey

Learn strategies of self-discipline so that your results can be maintained and even further progressed beyond this program

And so much more!!
